Owner, me, is a Type I diabetic (autoimmune illness), I select foods with good nutrients and ingredients good for myself and hopefully for more people with the blood glucose management and weight management needs. I have been following Dr Richard Bernstein (doctor is a Type I diabetic himself) and Dr Jason Fung's advocates for diabetes management.
For many years, I have always wish there is a shop that I can buy all the lowcarb food I need all at one go. Because it is so exhausted, and not less frustrated, trying to source all the right food and keeping some joy of having the food I like. It is all about choices available. Yet still no such a shop exits, so I try founding one myself.
This is my venture of hopefully helping you (and me and my family) to be able to enjoy better quality of life and achieving well-being, manage your own health without sacrificing too much the little pleasures of having good food in life.
