Remedy uses traditional kombucha fermenting method which involves a natural fermentation of a live culture with tea and sugar. The sugar will be "eaten up" during the fermentation by the live culture which is known as a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). The result is a sparkling drink with a little sweet and sour flavours that contains 💛💚 the goodness of live cultures, tea polyphenols and organic acids. 💛💚
Different fruits and spices are added in the second fermentation for different flavours. Kombucha with longer brewing time ensures the sugar and fructose are eaten at large and makes a healthy tasty frizzy drink.
